**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly to overnight guest requests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Manage and deliver clean linens to various guest in a timely manner
-Store linens in designated housekeeping storage, maintaining quality and organization.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and alert management of any supply shortages.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
- Uphold Hyatt’s standards of service and professionalism at all times.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work night shifts, specifically from 11 PM to 7:30 AM.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, as well as stand for extended periods.

**Qualifications:**
-Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
-Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 500 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
-Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
-Dependable, punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and guests in a professional manner.
-Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organization in all assigned areas.
-Flexibility to assist other departments when operational needs arise.
