Create a better tomorrow with Siemens Mobility. In this role you will: Lead the installation of rigid, flexible, and retractable contact systems for the 25kV traction power system.• Coordinate handover between civil works and OCS installation, ensuring technical compliance.
• Drive project delivery to meet performance, timeline, and budget targets.
• Implement safety controls and risk mitigation strategies for high-risk activities.
• Supervise and mentor installation teams, fostering a culture of safety and quality. To be successful in this role, you will bring: Minimum 10 years’ experience in rail infrastructure construction and OCS installation.
• Strong technical expertise in traction power systems and multiple OCS types.
• Proven leadership in managing installation teams and delivering complex projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
