Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Outsourced- Records Manager to join our Information Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining records management policies while ensuring strict compliance with global laws and regulations.  

You will join a collaborative team dedicated to optimizing the information lifecycle and protecting our organization’s most vital data assets.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

Lead the Information Lifecycle: Develop and implement records management policies and retention schedules to ensure the secure destruction of records and optimized offsite storage.  

Electronic Records Management Systems Administration and Coordination: Collaborate with Information Technology teams to integrate lifecycle management requirements into system designs and drive continuous program improvements.  

Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Conduct regular audits and monitor service-level agreements to ensure all records staff and processes align with organizational standards and legal regulations.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

5+ years of experience in records management or a related information governance field.   

Strong knowledge of OpenText Content Manager (formerly Hewlett-Packard TRIM) and a deep understanding of automated retention guidelines and Iron Mountain systems.   

Proven ability in stakeholder management and professional training, with the capacity to provide actionable research and reporting for complex projects.   

Bachelor’s degree and industry-standard certifications such as Certified Records Analyst (CRA) or Certified Records Manager (CRM).

What We Offer

Pay Rate : Competitive annual salary ranging from $95,000 to $115,000, aligned with your experience level.  

Annual Bonus of 5%

Location & Schedule: On-site presence at our Houston Energy Corridor client premises , Monday through Friday.
