Job Responsibilities

Guest Services: Deliver exceptional service by consistently exceeding member and guest expectations. Warmly greet members and guests upon arrival; assist with unloading golf bags and related equipment. Welcome players back after their round and provide club cleaning and storage assistance. Practice Facility & Course Setup: Set up, monitor, and break down all practice areas, including the warm-up range, short game area, and learning center range. Maintain a clean and organized environment across all practice facilities, ensuring all guest needs are promptly met. Golf Cart & Equipment Management: Stage golf carts in a clean, organized manner for member and guest use. Assist in the upkeep of the golf cart fleet, including cleaning, charging, and basic maintenance. Ensure golf bags are properly stored in designated bag stalls. Facility Maintenance & Team Support: Keep the cart barn and bag room clean, organized, and professionally maintained. Perform all opening and closing duties as directed by the Golf Professional Staff. Collaborate with teammates to deliver high-quality service across all touchpoints of the golf operation.
