Job Description
An employer is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a 6-month contract-to-hire position. The compensation package includes a base pay of $24–$26 per hour, along with the opportunity to earn up to $3,000 in monthly commission. The company specializes in delivering fiber internet services to residential and small business customers. This role is centered on generating new revenue by actively prospecting and engaging in sales activities, including door-to-door outreach to potential residential clients. A strong understanding of the company’s services is essential to ensure a positive customer experience and effectively communicate value. The representative will collaborate closely with marketing, business development, and operations teams to align with campaigns and support market expansion. Key responsibilities also include tracking sales activity, contributing to sales strategy discussions, and completing administrative tasks related to product sales. This position plays a vital role in driving the company’s growth and long-term success. We are open to candidates who are looking to relocate with housing costs provided.
Work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday
Territory primary focus will be on the towns of Abilene, Breckenridge, Cisco, Anson, Albany, and Corsicana, Texas.
Expectations –
Knocking 50 – 60 doors/day (depends on neighborhood)
Target 3 sales per day
Updating systems with activity (we use Spotio)
Commissions –
Paid for both deals won at the door, as well as online orders that close within 60 days after door activity
Paid one month of MRR once customer is installed (i.e. $80 order = $80 in commission)
In month sales bonuses paid for hitting daily, weekly and monthly sales goals (at plan $1,000/monthly)
Quarterly bonus – if exceed quarterly revenue target, then paid 25% of MRR for the quarter

Skills and Requirements
Previous commission based sales role - retail, field, etc.
A valid driver's license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record, and the use of a reliable personal vehicle Previous door-to-door sales experience
