Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on achieving revenue targets through strategic sales planning and effective customer engagement.
ResponsibilitiesExecute established annual sales plans to achieve revenue targets.Conduct a minimum of 4-5 sales calls per day, at least 3 days per week.Generate a minimum of 2-3 quotes per day to prospective customers.Maintain a proactive follow-up process to meet follow-up requirements.Participate and engage actively in daily huddles, monthly virtual/live meetings, and activity reviews.Become proficient with our customer relationship management (CRM) system, and ensure accurate maintenance of customer base data.Build strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams outside of the sales department, with a particular focus on the sales support team in estimating and project management.Essential Skills2+ years of experience in outside sales with long-term client relationships.New Construction experience in the plumbing or mechanical equipment industry.Strong mechanical aptitude or a keen interest in mechanical systems.Familiarity with NetSuite or similar CRM systems.Ability to manage stress, resolve conflicts, and effectively handle issues.Experience in managing and nurturing long-term client relationships.Additional Skills & QualificationsDegree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or Sales is preferred.Prior experience in the plumbing or mechanical equipment industry.Knowledge of bidding processes and project management.Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.Work Environment
This position is primarily remote with the requirement to attend monthly sales meetings in Frederick and quarterly all-hands meetings. Standard working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
