Outside Sales Representative

Direct Placement | High-Earning Potential | Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join a growing home services and restoration team. This role combines relationship-building, fieldwork, and significant earning potential for motivated individuals.

Role Responsibilities

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:

Sell plumbing and/or water restoration services to residential and commercial customersSpecialize in water damage mitigation and property restorationPerform on‑site evaluations to:Measure moisture levelsAssess extent of structural or property damageDetermine necessary next steps (demolition, drying, restoration, etc.)Conduct 4–6 customer appointments per day to evaluate needs and provide solutionsPresent service options clearly and professionally to help customers make informed decisions

Schedule

Report to the office once or twice per week for paperwork and team meetingsFlexibility required between 7:30 AM – 11:59 PM, 7 days a week(Not a 24/7 role, but requires open availability across days/evenings/weekends)Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Livermore, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
