Maintain ongoing communication with current clients, reaching out proactively to understand their plumbing or water‑related concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.\nUse company pricing tools and insurance parameters to prepare accurate, competitive estimates for repairs or replacements, guiding customers toward the best option and securing the sale.\nServe as a knowledgeable point of contact, offering clear and reliable information to help customers make informed decisions.\nUtilize prospecting tools to follow up on leads for residential and commercial clients experiencing water damage or plumbing issues \n\nWater Restoration Sales Responsibilities\nIdentify and present solutions for addressing water‑related property damage in homes and businesses.\nConduct on‑site evaluations to measure moisture levels, determine the extent of damage, and assess whether demolition, drying, or other restoration steps are necessary.

Someone with Sales experience\no\tSomeone that has sold a service – this goes a long way but is not required \no\tPeople that do the best are the people they have hired that are “diamonds in the rough” \no\tPeople out their pounding pavement, knocking doors\no\tGood with people doing door to door, even if it was a product, but only if they were successful at it. No matter the type of sales, they question is, how successful were you? \n-\tTheir main approach is that they lean heavily on the interview – it is hard to vet their success in their own interviews! \no\tGet their drive and ambition! \n\nNo educational requirements\n\nNice to have\n-\tWater Restoration knowledge would be great – keep in mind that their structure is different than their competitors – their competition has techs but they do not do sales as well. They have struggled with hiring techs from competition in the past since they do not have the sales piece \n-\tConstruction sales in general – this would be great for relationships that they already have, this will drive more lads \n-\tPest control sales people but have been hit or miss so really need to figure out how successful they were
