Maintain ongoing communication with current clients, reaching out proactively to understand their plumbing or water‑related concerns and recommend appropriate solutions. Use company pricing tools and insurance parameters to prepare accurate, competitive estimates for repairs or replacements, guiding customers toward the best option and securing the sale. Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact, offering clear and reliable information to help customers make informed decisions. Utilize prospecting tools to follow up on leads for residential and commercial clients experiencing water damage or plumbing issues Water Restoration Sales Responsibilities Identify and present solutions for addressing water‑related property damage in homes and businesses. Conduct on‑site evaluations to measure moisture levels, determine the extent of damage, and assess whether demolition, drying, or other restoration steps are necessary.

Someone with Sales experience o Someone that has sold a service – this goes a long way but is not required o People that do the best are the people they have hired that are “diamonds in the rough” o People out their pounding pavement, knocking doors o Good with people doing door to door, even if it was a product, but only if they were successful at it. No matter the type of sales, they question is, how successful were you? - Their main approach is that they lean heavily on the interview – it is hard to vet their success in their own interviews! o Get their drive and ambition! No educational requirements Nice to have - Water Restoration knowledge would be great – keep in mind that their structure is different than their competitors – their competition has techs but they do not do sales as well. They have struggled with hiring techs from competition in the past since they do not have the sales piece - Construction sales in general – this would be great for relationships that they already have, this will drive more lads - Pest control sales people but have been hit or miss so really need to figure out how successful they were
