Outside Sales Representative
Job Title: Outside Sales RepresentativeJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will execute established annual sales plans, achieve revenue targets, and foster strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

ResponsibilitiesExecute established annual sales plans to achieve revenue targets.Conduct a minimum of 4-5 sales calls per day, at least 3 days per week.Generate a minimum of 2-3 quotes per day to prospective customers.Maintain a proactive follow-up process to meet follow-up requirements.Participate and engage actively in daily huddles, monthly virtual/live meetings, and activity reviews.Become proficient with our customer relationship management (CRM) system, and ensure accurate maintenance of customer base data.Build strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams outside of the sales department, with a particular focus on the sales support team in estimating and project management.Essential SkillsSales, Customer service, Business development, Outside sales, Cold calling, Account management, Prospecting, Outbound calls.2+ years outside sales experience.New Construction experience.CRM experience.Inside sales, Development, Technical sales.Customer service oriented.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong mechanical aptitude or a keen interest in mechanical systems.Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in the plumbing or mechanical equipment industry.Experience in managing and nurturing long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and continuous engagement.Ability to maintain fairness and professionalism in interactions with internal and external customers.Proven capacity to manage stress, resolve conflicts, and effectively handle issues.Comfortability working independently, with the self-discipline to stay organized, set priorities, and meet deadlines without constant supervision.Strong work ethic with a commitment to aligning with business needs and core values.High school diploma or equivalent.Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Marketing, or Sales is preferred.Prior experience in the plumbing or mechanical equipment industry.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.Knowledge of bidding processes and project management.Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.Familiarity with NetSuite or similar CRM systems.Work Environment

This is a remote position with the requirement to come into Frederick once a month for sales meetings and once a quarter for all-hands meetings. The typical work schedule is from 8 am to 5 pm.

This is a Permanent position based out of Frederick, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
