Description We are looking for a driven and disciplined Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Brookfield, Wisconsin. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing vendor relationships while representing a trusted and customer-focused lender. Responsibilities: • Identify and establish new vendor partnerships within industries that rely on equipment financing. • Strengthen existing vendor relationships to drive sales growth and build lasting trust. • Analyze vendors' business models to align financing solutions with their unique needs. • Manage sales pipelines effectively, ensuring consistency and follow-through in all interactions. • Cultivate a detail-oriented and respectful business culture that emphasizes accountability. • Conduct cold calls and outreach efforts to generate new business opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams to secure approved loans and deliver seamless financing solutions. • Maximize sales efforts by identifying opportunities to increase vendor engagement and satisfaction. • Utilize Microsoft Outlook and other tools to maintain organized and efficient communication. • Stay informed about market trends to enhance strategic business development efforts. Requirements • Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and stay self-motivated in a sales-driven environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong vendor relationships. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to organization and follow-through. • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; familiarity with Word and Excel is preferred. • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, including cold calling and generating leads. • Experience in maximizing sales and achieving performance targets. • Knowledge of equipment financing or related industries is a plus. • Strong work ethic and a steady approach to long-term business development.
