Our Outside Sales Representatives conduct in-home sales presentations of our extensive array of home improvement-related products and services. Our Outside Sales Representatives ‘live the brand’ by presenting professionally, demonstrating a wealth of knowledge of the company’s offerings and otherwise ensuring the best possible sales/post-sales customer experience.What You’ll DoPresent our industry-leading home improvement products with professionalism and integrityActively listen to customer needs and recommend tailored solutionsBuild relationships that lead to sales and repeat businessDeliver an exceptional experience from first meeting to post-sale follow-upEarnings & RewardsFirst 90 Days:Earn commissions plus guaranteed training pay of up to $673/week (equivalent to ~ $2,700/month) while you ramp up and learn our proven sales processAfter 90 Days:100% commission with UNCAPPED earning potential - your effort directly drives your paycheckTop Performer Perks:President’s Club tripsExclusive bonusesCompany carRecognition awardsAnd more!Role ExpectationsNo cold calling - we provide pre-set, high-quality appointmentsTravel to customer homes (may require driving up to 80+ miles one way)Deliver engaging presentations, provide written estimates, and complete documentationMaintain accurate CRM records and guide customers through financing and next stepsFlexibility for evening and weekend appointments to match homeowner availability
Basic QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent1+ years of customer-facing sales experienceValid driver’s license and auto insurancePreferred Skills & Experience1+ years in outside, commissioned, or in-home salesComfortable using iPad-based applicationsCompetitive, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressureProven ability to exceed performance targets

Core Role ResponsibilitiesExecute sales presentation in its entirety for prospective customers; prepare and leave written estimates and marketing collateral in the event the appointment does not end in a saleLISTEN!
