Outside Sales Representative - Everett, WA
Our client, a leading wholesale distributor of HVAC products, is seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to join their Everett team. Autonomy, ownership, and support to build and manage your own territory. Ample training and ongoing support to help you succeed and grow. Minimal overnight travel (approximately two nights per month). What You Will Be Doing Build and manage a territory sales pipeline focused on new business development. Identify and target prospective customers through strategic outreach and discovery calls. Develop long-term customer relationships using a consultative, service-first approach. Maintain and grow existing accounts while actively prospecting for new business. Collaborate with branch and inside sales teams to support customer needs and drive revenue. Provide timely and competitive quotes while ensuring customer satisfaction. Travel within the territory, with up to two overnight trips per month.
Who You Are 5+ years of successful outside sales experience, ideally in HVAC or building materials. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and grow territory revenue. Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills. Highly self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
