Job Title: Account Executive - Business Development
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to execute a long-term business development strategy at specific OEMs to grow aftermarket sales. This role involves targeting future business and revenue opportunities in accordance with ARG sales and growth strategies, consistently achieving stated goals and objectives, and developing strong relationships with customers across all levels.
Responsibilities
+ Target future business and revenue opportunities in alignment with ARG sales and growth strategies (%50 Travel)
+ Consistently achieve stated goals and objectives.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels.
+ Understand customer needs, expectations, and industry trends, and communicate them to key stakeholders within the organization.
+ Develop and maintain a clear understanding of the automotive glass industry, its participants, and product knowledge.
+ Deliver consistently high service levels to customers while working to improve performance metrics.
+ Collaborate with a cross-functional team to manage financial performance of specific assigned accounts.
+ Analyze market data and trends to identify sales opportunities and enhance ARG value to customers.
+ Develop and track key metrics for performance, propose and implement solution strategies.
+ Create status reports and presentations for management.
+ Provide commercial insight and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends and challenging business performance.
+ Support strategic planning and strategic initiatives.
+ Seek opportunities for continuous process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and financial performance.
Essential Skills
+ Proficient in sales, account management, and sales support.
+ Strong customer service skills with experience in inside sales and sales administration.
+ Order processing and administrative support abilities.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
+ Hands-on approach to problem-solving and analysis.
+ Integrity and ability to manage confidential information securely.
+ Strong analytical skills, written and spoken communication skills.
+ Organizational, administrative, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
This will be shared once offered
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Lebanon,TN.
