Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new delivery program launching in the Louisiana area. The role involves recruiting local businesses to participate in the Hub delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors to engage prospective businesses, promote the program, qualify leads, and facilitate the application process. The role includes organizing recruitment events and engaging community organizations to drive referrals. Travel within a two-hour driving distance is required, and there is potential to earn commission per successful partner conversion.
Responsibilities
Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest.Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process.Lead activity and manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce.Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.Collaborate with the Field Manager to work with local influencers including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.Essential Skills
1-2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.Outside/Field Sales experience required.CRM Experience required, Salesforce preferred.Proficiency in outbound sales.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.Experience in field sales is a plus.Prior experience in sales and/or customer negotiation roles is advantageous.Professionalism and enthusiasm to work with others.High sense of urgency and attention to detail.Problem-solving ability for field applicants.Tech-savvy with experience using multiple systems and technology.Ability to travel up to four hours round-trip daily.Work Environment
The role involves being on the road 4-5 days a week, with the remainder of the time working from home. The position is based in Abbeville, LA as the primary location and Alexandria, LA as the secondary location. The job requires traveling within a two-hour driving distance.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Shreveport, LA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.50 - $25.50/hr.
