We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager to lead and scale a residential door-to-door sales team focused on fiber-optic internet services. This role is responsible for in-field leadership, daily execution, rep development, and driving customer sign-ups. The ideal candidate has direct experience managing D2D teams in fiber, telecom, or broadband environments and understands the discipline required to win at the door.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of residential fiber D2D sales representativesLead daily field operations, including territory planning, ride-alongs, and in-field coachingSet clear activity and sales expectations tied to installs, conversions, and revenueTrack and manage KPIs such as doors knocked, leads generated, orders submitted, installs completed, and churnCoach reps on fiber-specific selling: speed, reliability, pricing, switching objections, and competitive displacementConduct daily huddles, weekly training, and ongoing product and sales skills developmentEnsure compliance with brand standards, permitting requirements, and local solicitation regulationsBuild and maintain a competitive, accountable, and results-driven team cultureQualifications3+ years of door-to-door sales experience, with 1–2 years leading residential teamsDemonstrated success selling fiber, broadband, telecom, or subscription-based servicesStrong ability to recruit, train, and retain high-performing D2D repsComfortable managing to metrics in fast-paced, install-based sales environmentsHands-on leader with strong coaching, communication, and accountability skillsAbility to work evenings and weekendsValid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for field managementCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus commission and performance-based bonusesAnnual Earnings Potential of $80k - $120k10 Paid Holidays  2 Weeks of PTO  Health, Dental, and Vision Plans  401K (after 1 year)
