**Job Summary:** The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who can work collaboratively with various departments to achieve business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
+ Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets.
+ Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
+ Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align business strategies.
+ Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
+ Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
+ Monitor and report on business development activities and performance.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
+ Strong understanding of the education industry and market dynamics.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
+ Fluency in English & Italian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in the Education Sector.
+ Knowledge of the English Language Learning market.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to travel as needed.
