What You'll Step Into:
Location: Lexington, Ohio Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Industry: Business-to-Business (B2B) Engineering Sales Pay: Competitive salary with commission potentialYour Mission as an Outside Sales Rep:
You'll be the front line of new business development – identifying prospects, building relationships, and crafting winning solutions. Expect face-to-face meetings, customized proposals, and an opportunity to help local businesses succeed with your product knowledge and drive.
What You'll Be Doing:
Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, trade shows, and referrals Schedule and conduct face-to-face client meetings Develop and present compelling sales proposals and service solutions Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets Build and maintain long-term client relationships Stay informed on the latest product/service offeringsWhat We're Looking For:
3+ years of proven B2B sales experience (Engineering background is a plus) You've consistently hit (or crushed!) your sales targets Strong communicator, presenter, and deal-closer Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule Clean driving record + valid driver's license Able to pass a background check and drug screeningWhy Spherion Mid Ohio?
