Key Responsibilities:Provide outreach and engagement services to individuals and families in need, connecting them with vital resources and supportDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans, addressing clients' unique needs and goalsCollaborate with internal and external partners to ensure comprehensive care and coordinationConduct assessments and provide crisis intervention services as neededMaintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with agency and funding requirements

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or other related human service specialized fields of study, or a Behavioral Health Support degree from an accredited institutionExperience is the field of clinical mental health or a passionate interest in beginning a career in the field of clinical mental health

Additional Qualifications:Must have valid Driver's License and auto liability insurance, including uninsured motorist coverageAbility to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and community partnersAbility to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

Physical Requirements:ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
