We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide personalized care and rehabilitation to a diverse patient population, promoting independence and enhancing functional abilities. **Key Responsibilities:** + Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. + Implement and adjust therapeutic interventions to meet rehabilitation goals. + Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team + Educate patients and families on treatment strategies for independence. + Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Current Physical Therapy licensure in Idaho. + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA, ARC, or Military Training Network). + Outpatient experience preferred.
