Job Summary: As the Outpatient Clinical Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and clinical supervision to Master Level and Licensed Clinicians in Outpatient Services. In this role, you will provide leadership, clinical supervision, direction, and coordination of clinical and administrative staff to ensure the full provision of quality clinical care to our traditional Outpatient clients and their families. What You Will Do: + Provide direct supervision to assigned staff (Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem staff) in order to enhance their clinical skill set, leadership qualities, and administrative functions. + Evaluate staff productivity and documentation of service delivery. Ensure all services are documented based billing and regulatory standards; collects information on consumers' insurance and reflects all demographic data in the record. + Interview and hire staff; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems. + Assure new staff, students, and volunteers receive departmental orientation and training. + Provide ongoing support to staff to ensure completion of job responsibilities. + Review staff responsibilities to determine the time frame and scope of authority, review staffing requirements, and allotments of available resources. + Oversee and perform coordination of internal and external services to meet client needs and day-to-day operations + Participate as a member of the Clinical Services management team, ensure that staff comply with all Agency policies and procedures, and participate in Agency projects as assigned + Participate in an on-call manager rotation as a part of the Clinical Outpatient management team, as scheduled/required. + Facilitate team and clinical supervision group meetings as assigned. + Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the agency's policies, applicable laws, and governmental regulatory agencies. + Process and document unusual occurrences and work-related incidents within 24 hours. What We Need to See: + Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field as required by program regulations & standards. + Must possess a current professional license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) as required by program regulations & standards. + At least 3 years of demonstrated professional experience providing clinical services to diverse populations, including experience in crisis response/risk assessment. + Experience, specialized training, and/or interest in working with specialized populations, including but not limited to trauma, perinatal mental health, DBT, neurodevelopmental, geriatrics, and/or children/families, preferred. + Must have a valid driver's license and must be insurable by agency's automobile insurance. + Must hold or be willing to obtain Certification in Clinical Supervision (CCS), in accordance with licensure board requirements, to provide supervision for provisionally licensed staff working toward full licensure.
