As an Outlets Bartender, you'll prepare handcrafted cocktails, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver exceptional service while maintaining Hyatt's high standards of hospitality. Whether serving poolside guests or supporting private events and special functions, you'll play an important role in creating unforgettable moments. **What You'll Do** + Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and consistency. + Deliver friendly, engaging service while building genuine connections with guests. + Provide menu and beverage recommendations based on guest preferences. + Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service. + Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. + Process guest payments using the POS system and accurately handle cash transactions. + Support special events and banquet functions at Four Flamingos as needed. + Follow all Hyatt brand standards, health and safety guidelines, and alcohol service regulations. + Work collaboratively with restaurant, banquet, and hotel colleagues to ensure seamless service. This is an **on-call** position with flexible scheduling based on business needs.
