This position's team serves as the backbone of our department, collaborating closely with Hub Visual Merchandising teams to ensure seamless execution of seasonal product storytelling and on-brand campaigns for all consumer channels. With an integral position in the team, this role ensures that our visual merchandising initiatives elevate the customer experience and drive commercial success. The Position As an Outlet Visual Merchandising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in translating global brand vision into scalable and effective VM strategies for the Outlet format, tailored to the value-driven nature of this channel. You will be responsible for driving the EMEA visual merchandising strategy for the Outlet channel across all Hubs within the region. This role acts as the key liaison between global teams and Hub VM functions, ensuring consistent and brand-right execution across Outlet stores while allowing for regional relevance and commercial impact. The position oversees seasonal guidelines, cross-market alignment, and performance evaluation, partnering closely with regional merchandising, marketing, retail operations, and planning teams. This role requires a passion for style and storytelling, strong attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how VM drives both brand perception and sales in an Outlet retail environment. Key Responsibilities: VM Strategy Adaptation and Deployment: Adapt global visual merchandising strategies for the Outlet channel across all Hubs. Ensure alignment with brand DNA while tailoring executions to meet EMEA customer preferences and commercial goals. Seasonal Campaign Adaptation: Lead the adaptation of global seasonal outlet VM campaigns into EMEA-specific guidelines. Align with store tiering and campaign calendars, working closely with Hub teams to support strong local execution. Budget management: Manage regional VM budgets for POSM, prop production, and installations. Toolkit & Guideline Development: Own the creation of tailored VM toolkits, calendars, and execution guides specific to the Outlet environment. Collaborate with Global and Hub teams to localize storytelling elements, product focus areas, and POS materials. Market support & Coordination: Partner with local VM and retail teams in each Hub to ensure consistent and high-quality execution of guidelines. Provide training, coaching and feedback to support field teams, especially around major campaigns. Training Program Development: Design and implement VM training programs for Brand Experience Managers within Hub teams. Uplift visual merchandising standards and ensure consistency across all EMEA outlet stores. Visual Merchandising Communication: Act as the regional point of contact for all Outlet VM topics, communicating clearly with both global and market stakeholders. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Hub VM and outlet retail teams as well as with Global teams, to develop visual merchandising strategies that support commercial goals. Store Openings, Remodels and Expansion Support: Drive VM planning for new Outlet store openings, refurbishments, and expansions, ensuring brand-right visual execution from day one. Guidelines Governance and Quality Control: Oversee EMEA-level consistency in the execution of VM guidelines, including window displays, interior zoning, mannequin styling, and POS usage. Define, maintain, and evolve VM standards for the Outlet channel in EMEA. Campaign & Initiative Analysis: Analyze VM campaign performance and gather store feedback. Leverage insights to continuously refine strategies and drive future improvements. Act as the main point of contact for the assigned Brand Ambassador, providing continuous direction, alignment, and follow-up to ensure accurate and timely implementation of seasonal visual guidelines and brand standards. Ensure rigorous follow-up and visual control by reviewing and validating photos after every installation, update, or store environment. Provide structured feedback to ensure alignment with the brand’s commercial and visual strategy. Support the execution of trade-related activities, partnering with the Retail VP and product teams to prepare for Trade Meetings and align the mock store execution with commercial calendar and sell-in moments. Be available to travel up to 50% of the time, providing on-site support in key markets and hubs, and ensuring consistent implementation and execution across the region. Oversee the execution of windows and in-store installations, in close collaboration with the local teams. Visual Merchandisers are expected to provide training and guidance to the teams on site, while also managing the coordination with external suppliers to ensure high-quality implementation. All executions must follow the creative direction and specifications provided by the Creative Services Team. Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization. Measures of Success Campaign execution and timeliness: High on-time execution of seasonal VM campaigns and promotional launches in outlet stores, aligned with global and regional plans. Localisation of global strategies: Effective localization of global strategies to reflect regional consumer needs without compromising brand integrity. Brand consistency: Brand consistency in VM execution across all regional Outlet stores, aligned with global Calvin Klein guidelines. Sales impact and conversion uplift: Measurable improvements in KPIs such as conversion rate, average basket size, and sell-through of VM-supported products. Enhanced customer experience: Enhance customer experience metrics (dwell time, NPS, footfall) influenced by strong visual presentation. On-time delivery: On-time execution of seasonal VM rollouts, store openings, and promotional activations across the region. Budget maximisation and adherence: Adherence to VM budgets and efficient use of POS materials and vendor partnerships. Visual compliance and consistency: Strong compliance scores across the outlet network, as evidenced by store audits, photographic reports, and VM checklists. Speed to floor: Minimized lead time between VM asset delivery and full in-store implementation to maximize the impact of campaigns. Requirements 7-10 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, with a strong background in managing Outlet or value-channel formats at regional or HQ level. Strong creative skills and visual sensibility, with experience in floor set planning, storytelling, and product zoning. Excellent eye for design and ability to translate creative concepts into effective in-store executions. Proven experience leading seasonal campaigns and creative initiatives from ideation through execution. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Buying, Planning, Retail, and Creative teams. Willingness to travel regularly across EMEA to oversee store execution and maintain consistent standards. Commercially driven mindset with a deep understanding of how VM impacts customer engagement and sales performance. Experience managing budgets, timelines, and external vendors for VM production and installations. Fluent in English and at least one other European language. Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field. At PVH, how we act is as important as what we do.
