Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Outlet Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Outlet Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlet while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.

Lead and supervise the outlet team, ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently, providing friendly and engaging service Implement and enforce outlet policies, procedures, and service standards Oversee food and beverage preparation, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation policies Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock Train and mentor team members to foster a collaborative and customer-focused environment Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and motivation Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve outlet efficiency and profitability Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance guest satisfaction Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field Minimum of two years of experience in bar or restaurant operations, preferably in a luxury hotel setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Proficient knowledge of bar operations and food and beverage industry standards Strong working knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Micros) and MS Office applications Experience in inventory management and cost control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Additional information
