Outlet Manager (Beach Area)

As part of the opening leadership team, you will have the opportunity to shape the operations, culture, and guest journey from the ground up.

The Outlet Manager is responsible to manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.

Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager in a luxury hotel.Strong Leadership Team Management Skills– Proven ability to supervise, motivate, and coordinate staff across departments.Communication Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to communicate professionally, resolve guest issues promptly, and support senior management effectively.

Advance English and Spanish requiered.
