Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Outlet Manager to lead La Sirene Restaurant, our Lebanese restaurant, delivering outstanding guest experiences while driving operational excellence and profitability. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, cultural authenticity, and commercial acumen in a luxury hotel environment.

Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring seamless service deliveryMaintain exceptional guest satisfaction and handle feedback professionallyLead, train, and motivate the outlet team to achieve service excellenceEnsure compliance with Avani brand standards, SOPs, and hygiene regulationsMonitor and control costs, budgets, and labor schedulingDrive revenue through upselling, promotions, and themed dining experiencesCoordinate with kitchen, reservations, and hotel departmentsEnsure authentic Lebanese dining experience and ambiance

Qualifications3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within hotel or premium restaurant operationsPrior experience with Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent guest service and communication abilitiesSound knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and HACCPFluent in English; Arabic is an advantageExperience in UAE/GCC hospitality market preferred
