Job description

Responsibilities include:

Ensures guests are well looked after, from the moment they arrive to the time they leave. Inquires whether guests are satisfied throughout the meal. Offers attentive service to guests, adapting to any constraint. Establishes good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty. Promotes the food and beverage offers of the hotel. Organizes the work for the team, including the need to multi-skill in employees' job requirements. Ensures the point of sale is prepared to a high standard. Takes the global level of activity into account when managing the flow of guests, placement at tables, and reservations. Ensures the equipment used remains in good condition. Develops and manages the restaurant's budget, including revenue and expenses. Controls costs, such as food and labor costs, to maximize profitability. Prepares and analyzes financial reports, such as profit and loss statements. Implements pricing strategies and promotions to increase sales. Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Proven experience as a restaurant manager (steakhouse) or in a similar role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Highly organized person with strong planning skills. Analytical skills and strength as a leader of others are essential. Knowledge of food safety and health regulations. Highly responsible and reliable. Goal and results oriented. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
