The Outlet Manager for The Kitchen Restaurant is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of The Kitchen, (global and local) all day dining restaurant. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, achieving financial goals, driving brand identity, and managing a high-performing team.

Qualifications include the following:
Minimum 2 years in a leadership role in a high-volume restaurant/venue.
Proven experience in managing both Front of House and Back of House operations.
Strong knowledge of Food and Beverage trends including: wine, mixology, and restaurant technology systems.
Excellent leadership, communication in both spoken and written and interpersonal skills.
Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
Background in luxury hospitality, including urban city environmentsQualifications include the following:
