Schedule is five days a week 2:00PM - 12:00AM, with the potential for Sunday shifts.
Set-up and maintain line equipment, monitor the process, direct, facilitate and assist production line personnel with the preparation and packaging products observing all safety regulations and ensuring all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Coordinate Production personnel work for immediate area. Assist in Production personnel training. Relieve Production personnel for breaks. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.
Coordinate daily outbound activities including picking, packing, and shipping orders.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time to meet customer expectations.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and adjust resources as needed to maintain throughput and productivity targets.
Train, coach, and support team members to maintain performance and compliance with standard operating procedures.
Monitor outbound inventory accuracy, report discrepancies, and assist with cycle counts or inventory audits.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with food safety and OSHA standards.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and other departments to resolve issues and improve workflow.
Serve as a role model for safety, quality, and productivity on the warehouse floor.
Assist with documentation, system updates, and KPI tracking as requested by leadership.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
