We do this by providing the biggest and best assortment of premium outdoor products, superior shopping experience, personalized Gearhead expertise, lightning-fast and accurate fulfillment, and inspirational, informative, and community-centered content.   This is an onsite position based out of our Utah Fulfillment Center.This position will report into the Transporation Manager.What you get to do every day:Computer usage, including maintaining MS Excel spreadsheets, NetSuite, Koerber Portal, etc.Create and manage carrier KPIs in coordination with the Transportation ManagerReview and approve carrier invoicesAssist Transportation Manager with any business analytics needs (Peak Season forecasting, Transportation Budget Planning, Carrier savings opportunities, etc.)Help identify any transportation savings opportunities and implement action plans to capture potential savingsInternational Inbound shipment audit and approvalAssist in resolving transportation-related issues on a day-to-day basis (Delivery issues, inventory-related issues,etc.)Be a point of contact for vendors, along with the Transportation Manager, for transportation-related inquiriesBe a transportation resource for operations to assist in any day-to-day needsBe an escalation point for transportation-related issues for the business as a wholeCommunicate effectively via MS Outlook emailHelp coordinate retail inventory shipments and inventory replenishment needs. Track data using MS ExcelParticipate in team meetings, receive instructions, and provide feedback as appropriateMaintain a clean workspaceOther duties as assignedWhat you bring to the role:Prefer high school diploma or equivalency3 months of experience in a fulfillment center3 months of experience as a Merchandise ProcessorVerbal and written comprehension of the English language requiredBasic math skills requiredMust be able to apply established procedures and follow oral/written instructionsMust be able to work independently without direct supervision and organize/prioritize workload to ensure completion of all tasks within established time framesMust be able to deal with the pressure of meeting production schedulesComputer skills, including familiarity with the internet and email requiredWhat our interview process looks like:
