The team handles a large volume of outbound mail that needs to be sent out timely every day. As a Team Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and work closely with the employees. You will assist with managing workload, ensuring targets are met in a timely fashion and assist the team in troubleshooting any issues. **Job Responsibilities:** + Process time sheets and payroll + Monitor team activity + Maintain order in the work room + Responsible for disciplinary action + Be ready to work hands on to meet deadlines + Assist with hiring new team members **Requirements:** + 1-2 years of leadership experience + Excellent communication skills + Time management skills + Must be over 18 years of age + Must have a High School Diploma or GED + Must pass a background check + Able to lift up to 25lbs + Must have a valid driver's license Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
