About this Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Outbound Logistics Coordinator at Ampacity to manage the final mile of our supply chain operations. This role is essential to ensuring our products reach customers accurately and on time, combining customer service excellence with logistics expertise to coordinate all aspects of outbound shipping and distribution.

Pay Rate: $20-$24 per hour

What You'll Do Respond to customer inquiries and route requests to the appropriate internal teamsReview purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy and completenessCoordinate special shipping arrangements as neededTrack outbound shipments and resolve any shipping errorsPrepare shipping documents, including fulfillment records and manifestsManage outbound distribution processes and shipment receiptsSupport same-day deliveries when possiblePerform other duties as assigned What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.)Experience with standard logistics and shipping softwareStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentAssociate degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain (preferred)Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

Physical Expectations

Indoor warehouse facility with regular exposure to dust, fumes, odors, varying temperatures, and machinery noise.Fast-paced environment with heavy machinery operation including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.

Physical Expectations

Intermittent periods of continuous physical exertion including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting materials up to 50+ pounds.Ability to bend, squat, reach, push, and pull equipment throughout the facility from floor to overhead storage areas.
