Description We are in search of a Bus Ops Spclst/24/BUS163 to join our team in the healthcare industry located in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota. The role will focus on processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries in an efficient and timely manner. This role also involves monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary. This opportunity offers a long term contract employment. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process customer credit applications related to healthcare services • Maintain and manage customer credit records accurately • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction • Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions in line with company policies • Use TRICARE and HealthCare.gov systems to manage customer accounts and inquiries • Leverage skills in R Code and Offshore operations to improve customer service efficiency • Use video tools effectively for customer communication and internal meetings • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow • Adhere to all company guidelines and regulations related to the role. Requirements • Proficient in video production and editing, with the ability to create compelling visual content. • Familiarity with HealthCare.gov, including understanding of its features, functionalities, and user interface. • Strong proficiency in R Code, with the ability to effectively use it for data analysis and manipulation. • Experience in offshore operations, demonstrating ability to work remotely and manage teams across different geographical locations. • In-depth knowledge of TRICARE health program, including its policies, procedures, and benefits. • Proficiency in using the Network Information System (NIS), showcasing ability to manage and monitor network performance effectively.
