Key Responsibilities:
+ Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to existing or potential customers, qualified leads, or prospects as assigned
+ Customer Engagement: Effectively introduce and promote company products or services while identifying customer needs and preferences
+ Sales and Lead Generation: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for lead generation, or customer retention. This includes tracking calls, conversions, and follow-up statuses in company systems
+ Relationship Building: Establish rapport with customers by demonstrating active listening, empathy, and professionalism during every interaction.
+ Data Entry: Accurately document call outcomes, customer preferences, and any other relevant details in the CRM system
+ Problem-Solving: Handle objections and resolve customer inquiries or escalations by offering solutions or directing them to the appropriate team.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
+ Experience: Proven experience in a call center, sales, or telemarketing role preferred.
+ Skills:
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
+ Proficient with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com or similar tools (preferred but not required).
+ Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet or exceed set KPIs.
+ Personality Traits: Results-oriented, proactive, and a positive team player with strong interpersonal skills.
