Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business economics, Finance or Accounting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.

- Good understanding of accounting principles (such as revenue recognition etc)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 

Key Work Tasks:

Generate accurate and comprehensive sales orders based on provided information. Maintain consistent and clear communication with operations teams regarding job statuses. Prepare and process invoices in accordance with established accounting practices and contract terms. Input and update data in SAP with high accuracy and attention to detail. Generate regular reports on sales order processing. Complete month-end and accounting close processes. Support inventory control processes by reconciling inventory records with financial data.
