Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in supply chain, computer science, or a related field5+ years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience within SAP OTC fieldExperience on 1 End to End SAP OTC implementation5+ years of experience as SAP OTC functional or techno-functional consultantImplementation experience (at least 1) in SAP OTC which includes blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping, prototypes, design, developing, testing, go-live, user training and postproduction Level 3 supportDevelop and maintain a detailed understanding of the business processes and associated software configuration with respect to Order to Cash moduleStrong experience in the following SD areas Customer Master, Sales Support, Shipping of Material, Sales Activities, Billing related, Credit Management and Contract Handling and ManagementLogical thinking and Problem Solving skills along with the ability to collaborateDefining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlinesDemonstrating expertise in the technologies covered by the SAP OTCAble to Work with end users from Requirement gathering, blue printing, realization, User acceptance test till deployment for functional enhancementCross functional integration skills with other SAP functional work streamsExcellent communication skills - the ability to communicate well with staff at all levels, both orally and in writing.Able to work independently on individual projects end to end.Prior experience on Merger and Acquisitions, Upgradations, Roll outs will be an added advantagePrior experience on Global projects will be an added advantage to lead small projects and contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives with an objective to providing high quality value addition solution to customersFor CS/STC, CS implementation along with expertise in below.
