Airswift is recruiting an OTC Sales Trader on behalf of a client in the fintech and blockchain technology sector.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships in the crypto OTC market with large institutions like Family Offices, Banks, Exchanges, Brokers, VC’s, Hedge Funds, Propriety Trading firms and Ultra-HNW individual clients. Work closely with clients on building customized trade strategies and manage execution of OTC trading orders (on/off ramp, block trading etc). Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement processes. Provide market insights, investment ideas, and tailored trading strategies to attract new clients and expand OTC trading business. Coordinate client onboarding with compliance team, quote and trade with client under company risk management policies.
  Requirement Minimum 2 years of experience in on/off ramp OTC trading either from a crypto exchange or an independent OTC desk; Desirable: track record in building and managing multicultural relationships with institutional and Ultra HNW individual clients; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive trading environment. Fluent in English Understanding of local and international trading regulations; Knowledge of how markets function, including order types, trading venues, and execution strategies. #LI-MP2
