Your role:
Responsible for financial reports, cost center control, assets, and cash flow analysisResponsible for Topline FC processes (deadlines/country calls/preparation calls/presentations/data quality)Improvement projects (process automation)Handling requests from the CCC (Customer Care Center)Interaction with Area Managers, CS Sales, and Operations to ensure contract complianceNegotiation with internal and external clients (client visits if the situation requires)Attention and service to client requests, focus on Cash In impact, follow-up, and resolution of open points in DisputeAnalysis of planned vs. actual margin according to the contract and documenting deviations in the same (NCC)Ensure revenue recognition in accordance with the company’s internal regulations, including deferred revenue controlEnsure billing according to the requirements of each contractAnalysis of clauses and requirements, distribution of activities to other CS areasReporting of productivity measures for each contractControl of Order Entry, Backlog, Exchange Rate Adjustment and Gross ProfitProvides transparency, analysis, and effective communication to all stakeholdersAnalysis and review of the Income Statement and Balance SheetsYour expertise:
