OTC/AR Team Leader
The purpose of the position is to support the establishment of a Service Delivery Centre (SDC) organization, support the transition and already transitioned existing OTC Order to Cash (Accounts Receivable) activities as well as serve as the bridge between the senior leadership and operational finance team. The **OTC/AR Team Lead** is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day OTC/AR operations, ensuring compliance with accounting and financial standards, and facilitating efficient billing, cash application, collection, customer account management, some pricing and period-end activities. This role requires an experienced finance professional with a deep understanding of OTC/AR processes, a background in GBS or shared services environments, and effective interpersonal skills to effectively manage and mentor the OTC/AR Senior Accountants and Accountants, reporting directly to OtC Manager. **Your contribution is appreciated and you will be:** + Collaborating with the OtC Manager to align local OTC/AR practices with standardized SDC processes and policies. Providing direct leadership and guidance to the OTC/AR Senior Accountants and Accountants, creating a culture of skill development and continuous improvement. + Ensuring efficient billing, cash application, collection, customer account management, pricing and period-end closing activities. + Managing the team resources against skills, workload and availability aligned with OtC Manager. Monitoring team performance through KPI monitoring and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
