Join a leading organization in the energy sector as a Global Operations Technical Authority, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring safety and environmental compliance across global operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline Minimum 15 years of experience in technical or engineering roles At least 5 years of experience specifically within an operations setting Strong expertise in corrosion management, materials engineering, and Safety and Environmentally Critical Elements (SECE) Candidates must have local right to work in Monaco (e.g. valid citizenship, Alpes-Maritimes work permit, etc.) Key Responsibilities Own and maintain Safety and Environmentally Critical Elements (SECE) Performance Standards across the fleet Provide subject-matter leadership in corrosion and materials engineering, ensuring alignment with RBI and inspection strategies Act as the technical authority for SECE, resolving escalated operational issues and supporting emergency response when needed Collaborate with Region OTA to ensure discipline ownership, assess assurance needs, and coordinate improvement efforts Review and approve Execute and Operational Performance Standards for new and existing facilities Validate technical documentation, including equipment tag lists, assurance tasks, maintenance strategies, and change requests Develop and implement assurance protocols, test procedures, and critical SECE identification guidelines Monitor SECE-related KPIs and barrier health, escalating risks to Operations Management as necessary Lead discipline-specific audits, reviews, and reporting on barrier strategy and SECE performance Maintain and train L1 Plant Operation Assurance assessor pools and oversee assurance activities Consolidate plant assurance outcomes fleet-wide and drive continuous improvement in operational safety and compliance
