Kforce has a client in Aurora, CO that is seeking an OT Systems Engineer. Responsibilities: * Administers and optimizes hosts, servers, and Windows environments to ensure high availability, reliability, and effective resource management * Designs, implements, and maintains SCADA networks, including automation controls, communications, virtualization, domain controllers, and Active Directory * Installs, configures, upgrades, and supports hardware, software, and control systems while adhering to industry standards and organizational policies * Evaluates and integrates new technologies, software, and equipment to improve SCADA system performance and security * Conducts performance analysis, root-cause investigations, and preventive maintenance to ensure system stability and uptime * Supports the development of long-term SCADA and risk management plans, and contributes to network improvement and cybersecurity initiatives * Maintain and support Windows Server environments, Domains, Active Directory, Group Policy, VMware, and backup systems * Implement and manage firewalls and other security measures to ensure high availability * Monitor OT network activity and proactively address issues * Collaborate with internal SMEs to share knowledge and resolve technical challenges * Lead and contribute to infrastructure projects from planning through deployment
