**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** **Mercy Medical Center** a member of Trinity Health Of New England is looking for an **Occupational / Physical Therapy Aide** to join our mission-driven Outpatient Rehab Team. The OT/PT Aide works under the direction of the PT/OT Therapists and coordinates non-clinical activities and support functions for the Rehab team. Including preparing and assisting for routine exercises, activities and general clerical support. **What will you do:** + assisting in client appointments and maintains treatment areas, identifies potential safety/mechanical concerns. + Communicates with ancillary departments, clients, and family members to ensure customer satisfaction. + Supports Rehab team in general clerical and support duties. **Minimum Qualifications** + **Education:** High School Diploma or Equivalent, with general knowledge of sciences, medical terminology + Strong communication skills, verbal and written + Excellent Customer Service Skills **Highlights** + Full-Time/ Days + Great benefits effective on first day + Mission-Driven Team Environment **Facility Information** **Mercy Medical Center** has established itself as one of the leading providers of health care services in Western Massachusetts.
