Leadership Responsibilities:

Ability to encourage and influence others within the business; Build great relations with those he works internally and externally.Multifunctional and multi-market team working.Consistently deliver great brand performance with a proactive growth mindset.Win through execution, demonstrating a brilliant execution applying high standards on everything they do.Lead the end-to-end on trade commercialization and delivery of the innovation pipeline, using deep consumer, customer and market insights to drive value creation.

Top Accountabilities:

Planning, implementing, and evaluating on trade commercialization initiatives, considering commercial frameworks, brand´s strategy & relevant critical metrics.Analytic profile in order to generate insights, conclusion and recommendations by data analysisBrand performance tracking (SOV, NSV, GM%, TS%, Volume, NSV) and growth opportunity detection.Partnering with activation agencies and internal (multi-functional team) partners to develop great on trade commercialization with innovation brands.Drive & Accountability to guarantee all key partners responsible for the Innovation plan executionGuarantee innovation is included in A&P & TS Activities in On trade customers, JBPs, Connection with WHS FCST.

Qualifications and Experience Required

Project management experienceProficient Numerical SkillsBachelor in BA or equivalent experience. Previous experience as brand coordinator, commercial analyst.Commercial and numerical savvy with attention to detail.Strong sense of Ownership and a Self-starter approach.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProblem solver and teammate who can take care of ambiguity and adapt quickly
