We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as OT Network Administrator based in Cd. Juarez, Chih. (MTO Division).

 

As OT Network Administrator, you will Ensure the proper operation, monitoring, and logical administration of the Operational Technology network across industrial environments, enabling reliable communication between PLCs, HMIs, robots, vision systems, sewing modules, industrial PCs, data collection devices, and SCADA/MES platforms.

Your Tasks will be:

Continuously monitor OT network performance to detect degradation, latency, abnormal traffic, or communication failures. Interpret network topologies, addressing schemes, segmentation models, and VLAN layouts to support troubleshooting activities. Identify initial root causes of failures related to switches, links, loops, congestion, or industrial devices. Perform periodic verification of industrial network devices and maintain updated inventories. Prepare technical reports covering availability metrics, incidents, risk assessments, and improvement recommendations. Ensure compliance with corporate cybersecurity requirements and industrial frameworks.

 

To be successful in this role you will need:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Systems Engineering, Networking & Telecommunications, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in the field. Proficient English Level.
