The ideal candidate will provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure smooth operational performance of OSS platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide L2/L3 support for Axiros OSS systems. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the OSS domain. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance. + Document processes, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge sharing. + Support ongoing operational improvements and contribute to system optimization. **Must-Have Skills:** + 5+ years of experience in the OSS domain. + Strong hands-on experience with Axiros. + Proven expertise in Operational Support Systems (OSS). + Ability to handle escalations and provide advanced troubleshooting. Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. + Prior industry experience in OSS environments.
