Job Description

Your Responsibilities

Searching for an energetic operational support professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, involved with scheduling, customer service, and working closely with our production managers. If you are a reliable, well-organized person who can handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management, we want to talk to you!

Essential Functions

Manage the schedule for garage doors and rain gutters.

Work directly with Customers.

Work closely with production managers.

Dispatching work tickets.

Working with material vendors.

Working with Oracle and ITK.

Ensure exceptional Customer service.

Perform general office administrative duties.

Your Qualifications

Minimum of 18 years of age.

Strong attention to detail, demonstrate integrity and professionalism.

Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields preferred but not required.

Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks.

Strong leadership qualities.

Physical Requirements

Work is performed in a typical office environment and may require standing, bending, lifting boxes or packages under 10 lbs., and remaining in a stationary position for long periods of time.
