OSINT/PAI Analyst (Senior)
Overview SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an OSINT/PAI Analyst to support our customer in McDill AFB, Florida. Essential Job Duties Meet time-sensitive, ad hoc, and routine internal and external requests for information requiring Open-Source collection and reporting for the USCENTCOM AOR, with secondary reporting on Areas of Interest or Influence impacting the AOR. Create quality, focused, and relevant Open-Source Warning Intelligence Reports (Tippers) and Open-Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs) focused on answering Priority Intelligence Requirements. Engage with collection managers to make certain Open-Source requirements are submitted into the current Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) system to document and validate intelligence requirements assigned to USCENTCOM. Support the fielding, development, and sustainment of Open-Source tools and technologies. Effectively engage with clients and partners as it relates to the satisfaction of intelligence requirements through Open-Source collection. Comply with the provisions of all applicable and current National, DoD, Agency, USCENTCOM, and Directorate Open-Source policies and instructions in the performance of their duties. Support the development, updating, and promulgating of Open-Source policy for all components and elements operating in theater. Minimum Requirements 12 years of intelligence analysis experience in DoD/Intelligence Community 3 years of PAI research and search in digital environment experience Berber Hunter Tool Kit (BHTK) graduate Experience with deep and dark web Trained in PAI tier 1 and 11 courses Active In-Scope TS/SCI Clearance. Demonstrate and apply understanding of various Open-Source collection platforms and tradecraft, explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to support the generation of OSIRs and Open-Source Tippers. Preferred Qualifications Desired Education: Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Work Environment Working conditions are normal for an office environment. 24/7 watch rotation to the Command Joint Operations Center during routine and crisis operations requiring surge support.
