OSINT Analyst

Our work depends on a Senior-level OSINT Analyst, to serve in support of defense analytical and administrative requirements for a Combatant Command (CCMD), Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC).

HOW A SENIOR-LEVEL OSINT ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Demonstrate and apply understanding of various open-source collection platforms and tradecraft.Create high-quality, focused, and relevant Open-Source Warning Intelligence Reports (Tippers) and Open-Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs) focused on answering Priority Intelligence Requirements.Meet time-sensitive, ad hoc, and routine internal and external requests for information requiring open-source collection and reporting.Engage with collection managers to ensure open-source requirements are submitted into the current Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) system.Support the fielding, development, and sustainment of USCENTCOM J2 Open-Source tools and technologies.Effectively engage with clients and partners to satisfy intelligence requirements through open-source collection.Comply with all applicable and current National, DoD, Agency, USCENTCOM, and Directorate Open-Source policies and instructions.Support the development, updating, and promulgation of open-source policy for all components and elements operating in theater.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Security Clearance Level: TS / SCI, with polygraph eligibility.US Citizenship RequiredDesired Education and Experience: Master’s degree with 12 yrs related experience or Bachelor’s degree with a total of 17 yrs experience as a substitute to the Master’s degree. At least a portion of your experience must be in the last 2 yrs.Required:  In-depth knowledge of open-source collection methods, techniques, and toolsPreferred: USCENTCOM experience.
