Requirements
OSHA 30 Authorized Trainer (Construction)
3–5 years of classroom-based training experience
3–5 years of experience developing training content
1–2 years of hands-on training delivery experience
Preferred Certifications/Experience
Fall Protection
Confined Space
Forklift / Rough Terrain
CPR / First Aid / AED
Fire Extinguisher Safety
Rigging & Signaling
Electrical Safety (NFPA 70E)
Responsibilities
Deliver onboarding and safety training sessions in classroom and field environments
Develop, update, and maintain training materials in line with OSHA and company standards
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend process or content improvements
Collaborate with department leads to align training with operational requirements
Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with OSHA and internal standards
Pay Details: $38.00 to $48.00 per hour
