This position will join us onsite at our Morrisville, NC location on a hybrid schedule 3 days per week. **Key Responsibilities** + Responsible for daily administration and maintenance of Linux systems. + Responsible for daily administration and maintenance of Windows systems. + Independently analyze and resolve common issues with both Windows and Linux OS. + Handle daily operation and maintenance of storage-related products, including both centralized and distributed storage systems. + Optimize and improve existing operation and monitoring processes to enhance standardization and consistency in operations. **Basic Qualifications** + 5+ years of Experience with Linux and Windows server operation and maintenance. **Preferred Qualifications** + Demonstrated success managing environments with 100+ servers. + Work Experience with NetApp ONTAP and IBM SVC products. + Proficient in Linux and Windows-related technologies, with the ability to independently resolve common system issues. + Familiar with KVM virtualization technologies such as libvirt, QEMU, and Virtio. + Proficient in shell or Python scripting, with strong skills in task automation. + Familiar with network routing and switch technologies. + Experience working with and troubleshooting TCP/IP and common network protocols. + Hands-on approach to problem solving with excellent problem analysis and resolution skills. + Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact. + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field a plus The base salary budgeted range for this position is $65-75k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This is a hybrid position 3 days per week at our Morrisville location.
